Heard of a drink called "Gypsy Rose"? I believe in the 70's.?

My friends dad told us a story the other night, who also buy a bottle from a bar called Gypsy Rose. I thought it was a funny present to see if I could find one. It was years ago and he said he had received in Colorado. Has anyone ever heard of? Do a little more research and it looks like he was back in the late 60's and made by E & J Gallo. It was a wine, but very strongly with a high alcohol content. There was even a song – Jack, Rose & Jim some twangy country singer tells them about his friend "Gypsy Rose". Now only find someone who could collect old bottles or something.

Tequila Rose I have in the past 10 years. I've never heard of that liqueur hear. Sounds interesting.
